I'm a bit obsessed with cake and after many years of baking for my family and friends I decided to share my passion and the joy of cakes wider and Bristol Bakes was born.
Baking is my happy place and I love seeing the joy that a really special cake can bring. It's really important to me that you get a cake that matches your personality and that not only adds that wow factor to your party or wedding but also tastes amazing as well.

I work alone in my kitchen while listening to my favourite podcasts The Guilty Feminist and Drunk Women Solving Crime, which pretty much sums up who I am.
When I'm not caking I enjoy eating and drinking cocktails with my friends, spending time in the garden in the sun and dancing, pretty much anywhere.
